Davenport Campus OnlyApartment locations (Adobe Acrobat) Palmer College owns ten apartment buildings which contain 84 apartments and is affiliated with two additional complexes that contain 133 apartments ranging from efficiencies to two bedrooms. All apartments are within three blocks of the campus. Our newly built Villas at Palmer opened in July 2010 and are managed by Oxbow Development Group.
