In simple terms, an educational agreement saves the student time and tuition dollars.
Students who participate in Palmer's educational agreements, also known as articulation agreements, may earn credit concurrently toward an undergraduate degree and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College.
Palmer partners with hundreds of other educational institutions to provide four types of agreement programs:3+1, 3+3, B.S., and D.C., described below.
Participate: If your institution would like to participate in an educational agreement with Palmer, we want to hear from you. Please contact Articulation Officer Sandy Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 722-3648.
Through a 3+1 agreement, students complete three years at an undergraduate institution. The first year of courses they complete at Palmer then transfers back to the undergraduate institution, thereby allowing the student to complete his or her undergraduate degree while finishing the first year of the Doctor of Chiropractic degree program at Palmer.
Through a 3+3 agreement, students complete three years at an undergraduate institution. After they finish the Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer, the undergraduate institution awards the undergraduate degree.
Through a B.S. agreement, students are assured a smooth transition from an undergraduate institution to the Bachelor of Science program at Palmer's Davenport Campus.
Through a D.C. agreement, students are ensured a smooth transition from an undergraduate institution to the D. C. program at any of the three Palmer campuses.
