Group Exercise and Recreational Classes

We offer a comprehensive fitness/wellness program that includes several group sessions from Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Power Yoga to Mind Body Sessions in Yoga and Tai Chi. Group Exercise and Recreational Classes are available free of charge to all students, employees, alumni and immediate family members of the aforementioned.
