Position Title: Office Assistant

Department: Clinic

Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 1:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. Friday; rotating Saturday’s 8:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m.

Description of Responsibilities: Duties include receiving and screening phone calls, processing mail, typing, handling money, scheduling and filing. Additionally, provides assistance and backup support to the administration, patients, students, faculty, alumni and visitors.

Position Qualifications Required: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years additional school preferred; CT degree preferred; less than one year related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, and basic knowledge of computer software applications.

Position Title: Bookstore Assistant Manager

Description of Responsibilities: The Bookstore Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Bookstore Manager in all aspects of retail sales, customer service and operations for the assigned campus Bookstore, including management of the Bookstore website, web orders and social media.

Position Qualifications Required: Requires an Associate’s degree in business related field, social media and/or fashion merchandising; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of retail management and/or social media experience preferred. Requires basic knowledge of retail and/or social media computer applications. Knowledge and experience in writing, organizing and posting content to the Web and social media; current knowledge on retail management, strategies for social media sales and in-store sales and promotions required.

Position Title: Director of College External Relations

Description of Responsibilities: The Director of College External Relations is responsible to develop and execute recruitment strategies to raise visibility and build relationships with internal and external constituents to meet the college’s strategic plan on student enrollment. The position serves as an ambassador of the college responsible to develop and maintain recruitment, engagement, and relationship nurturing strategies to internal and external audiences. In addition, the position is to create and deliver training to diverse constituencies including college personnel, alumni and other stakeholders as it relates to strategic initiatives.

Position Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required, advanced degree preferred. Eight years of related admissions/sales experience with three years of direct supervisory experience required. A documented record of success to demonstrate skills in sales and achievement in the field required. Ability to travel up to three (3) weeks per month including occasional weekends and work various hours as job requires.

Description of Responsibilities: The Branch Manager Librarian position has primary administrative and supervisory responsibility over the David D. Description of Responsibilities: Palmer Florida is currently accepting applications for a full-time classroom faculty position. The specific course assignments will include the chiropractic sciences with an emphasis in radiology instruction.

Position Qualifications Required: Qualified applicants must possess a first professional degree (DC degree from a CCE recognized institution preferred) with a Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a nationally recognized agency, or its foreign equivalent; minimum of 5 years teaching and/or practice experience. A diplomate in Chiropractic Radiology is preferred. Computer literacy with email and Microsoft Office products is required.
