Autobiography Requirement 2003-2004

The Autobiography should be typed and double-spaced (or sent via E-mail to pccf_admiss@palmer.edu). Include your name and page number on each page of the essay.

1. Autobiographical sketch (two pages maximum)
A two page, or less, autobiographical essay explaining why you are choosing a career in chiropractic and why you want to get your Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer.
