Starting a new educational career and relocating to the Bay Area can be an exciting adventure. Although Palmer West student housing is not an on-campus amenity at this time, the PCCW Admissions Department maintains a Housing Office that provides friendly, personal service and produces a variety of publications and other resources designed to help students locate housing opportunities.

To request any of these publications and other housing information, please fill out an INFORMATION REQUEST FORM. Submitting this form places your name on the Housing Coordinator’s list of students looking for housing. It also keeps record of your housing needs, allowing the Housing Coordinator to assist you better.

By utilizing the SEEKER LIST both current and future Palmer West students are able to find potential roommates. Students have the opportunity to list themselves in this publication even before they begin classes. It only takes a few minutes to fill out the application and it can greatly aid in your search for housing. To list yourself in the SEEKER LIST, please fill out the SEEKER LIST APPLICATION (for shared housing only).
