Tuition & Fees

A one-time fee of $50 is charged to each applicant upon application for admission. Accepted students are required to pay a refundable deposit of $400, which is applied to the first quarter’s tuition.

The current quarterly fee for tuition is as follows:

  • 2006/2007: $5800

Historically, the College has found it necessary to increase tuition annually. Tuition for each quarter is due no later than the first day of classes. Late payment will incur a late charge based on a percentage of the amount due. The timely payment of tuition and fees is the responsibility of the student.

Students may not be given credit for classes until tuition and all other charges are paid in full. In addition, registration for the following quarter will not be permitted prior to payment of all outstanding balances.

Non-payment of tuition when due may result in the discontinuance of registration, the loss of eligibility for registering for the following quarter, a hold on records (transcripts, grades, etc.), or all of the preceding.

Refund Policy

Students have a right to a full refund of all charges less the current amount paid for the current quarter’s registration if they cancel the Enrollment Agreement prior to or on the first day of instruction. The charges not refunded as a result of being paid for the current quarter’s registration may not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). In addition, if a student withdraws from a class during the current quarter after instruction has started, he or she may receive a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the tuition and other refundable charges if the student has completed 60% or less of the hours in the current quarter.

Withdrawal from the College requires written notification to the College Registrar. That refund shall be the amount the student paid for the instruction multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of hours of instruction which the student has not received but for which the student paid and the denominator of which is the total number of hours of quarterly instruction for which the student has paid. (For example, if the student completes 32 hours within a single quarter out of a total of 384 hours and paid $5,370 in tuition, the student would receive a refund of $4,922.50.)

The school will also refund money collected for sending to a third party on the student’s behalf such fees as license or application fees applicable to the current quarter. No first-time application fees shall be refunded. If the school cancels or discontinues an educational program during the current quarter, the school will make a full refund of all charges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation or withdrawal. If the student has completed more than 60% of the number of class hours within the current quarter, no refund will be made. The pro rata refund will be available if the student fails to complete the period of enrollment for any reason, including dismissal or other forms of termination. Students who have received financial aid need to know that refunds will be made to the federal aid programs (except FWSP) before any monies will be returned to the student. Additionally, federal regulations require a different refund for students receiving VA benefits.

Title IV Refund Policy

To comply with the new Federal Regulations regarding refunds of non-earned Title IV Aid, unearned aid disbursed to the student for living expenses must be refunded by the student to the lender. If funds must be repaid to a Title IV loan program, the student returns those funds by normal repayment of the loan according to the terms and conditions of the promissory note.
