Pursuant to 34 CFR Part 668 – Student Assistance General Provisions (United States Department of Education), the following information is available to current students and employees, prospective students, potential employees and the general public.

  Financial assistance information may be found in the PCCW Catalog, PCCW Student Handbook and the PCCW Financial Aid Handbook.
• Institutional Information
  Institutional information may be found in the PCCW Catalog and at the PCCW Web site.
• Graduation Rates
  Information on graduation rates may be found in the PCCW Catalog on page 26.
• Security Reports
  Crime reporting and crime statistics may be found in the PCCW “Guide to Campus Substance Abuse Awareness Brochure.” The brochure details crime prevention and reporting, campus and local city crime statistics for the most recent three-year period.
• Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  Notification requirement under FERPA may be found in the PCCW Financial Aid Handbook, PCCW Catalog and Student Handbook.

A notice of the availability of this information is annually distributed to enrolled students pursuant to 34CFR 99.7 which sets forth the notification requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
