Clinic Residencies
 

Chiropractic Orthopedic Residency: 

The Palmer College of Chiropractic Orthopedic Residency program is a three-year, intensive clinical postgraduate program focusing on all conditions affecting the neuromusculoskeletal body systems. This residency is designed to provide specialized education and clinical experience to the resident in the field of orthopedics as it relates to the practice of chiropractic. Emphasis is placed on the diagnosis and chiropractic management of orthopedic conditions, as seen in a chiropractic practice. Upon completion of the three-year program, the resident will be considered a Certified Chiropractic Orthopedic Clinician and will be eligible for application to sit the boards for diplomat status with the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists (DABCO).

Chiropractic Pediatric Residency: 

The Palmer College of Chiropractic Pediatric Residency program is a three-year clinical residency designed to provide specialized education and clinical experience in the field of chiropractic pediatrics. Upon completion of the program, the resident will be board eligible as a Diplomate of the International Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics.

Chiropractic Radiology Residency: 

The Palmer College of Chiropractic Radiology Residency is a three-year program. This in-house program provides the additional education, training and experience in chiropractic radiology and specialized imaging. The resident is then eligible to sit for the board examination administered by the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology. The radiology residency is based in the Clinic Radiology Department. One new resident is accepted each year.

Chiropractic Rehabilitation Residency: 

The Palmer College of Chiropractic Rehabilitation Residency is an intensive clinical postgraduate program focusing on neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation care within an interdisciplinary clinical setting. This three-year program follows the educational requirements outlined by the American Chiropractic Association Council of Chiropractic Rehabilitation allowing the resident to be eligible for their Diplomate (D.A.C.R.B.) in Chiropractic Rehabilitation at the completion of their residency.
