Palmer College owns eight apartment buildings which house 135 apartments ranging from efficiencies to two bedrooms. All apartments are within three blocks of the campus. Our newly built Perry Hills Apartments opened in November 2002 and are managed by Randy Bultema and Keith Angel with the Property Consulting Group.
