The Sports Council will once again serve as the Sea Otter Classic’s
primary sports care provider, and for the third year in a row, West ‘09
alumnus Dr. Michael Lord will serve as medical coordinator.
The
Sea Otter Classic is a four-day “Celebration of Cycling” that welcomes
more than 8,000 athletes and 50,000 race fans to the former Laguna Seca
Raceway location. In addition to the races in various mountain and road
bike disciplines, the Sea Otter event also features the largest consumer
bike competition in North America.
