Prospective student dinnerAlumni, did you know you can make a difference to the future of chiropractic just by having dinner? You can if you attend a prospective student event at a location near you.

Skip Wyss, D.C. (Davenport ’08), was once again a speaker during the annual prospective student dinner in La Crosse, Wis. Joining him were current Davenport, Iowa, Campus student Brooke Peters and Dave Juehring, D.C. (Davenport ’94), the director of the Chiropractic Rehabilitation and Sports Injury Department of the Palmer Chiropractic Clinics. More than 70 guests were in attendance, and six students have applied for the D.C. program just from this event!

Said one attendee, “Hearing everyone talk and share their stories was inspiring. Your speakers reminded me exactly why I am not only continuing my education but continuing it at Palmer.”

“The passion these professionals possess is contagious,” said another attendee, “and you can feel the electricity and excitement engulf you. After this event, there is no doubt in my mind that Palmer is the best chiropractic school in the nation.”

Dr. Wyss will also be a featured speaker at the upcoming Spizz Night on the Davenport, Iowa, Campus on Friday, March 7.

Brad Yee, D.C. (San Jose ’92), recently gave a presentation on the Palmer experience at a dinner held in Vancouver. Of the 39 people in attendance, 28 were prospective students.

“It was a great event. Seven of the guests were current applicants, and 10 were brand new contacts for Palmer,” said Bill Riley, Admissions representative on the San Jose Campus. “Best of all, when I returned to the office, there were six new applications just from that event!”
