Thirty-five year radio
and television veteran Marc Bernier is often heard to say talking to people is
the greatest job he's ever had. He is the host of The Marc Bernier Show, which
airs weekdays from 3-6 p.m. on WNDB-AM 1150 Daytona Beach, Florida. On Thursday,
Aug. 19, The Marc Bernier Show aired live from the lobby of Building One on
Palmer’s Florida Campus.
Appearing
on the three hour show that day were Donald Gran, M.S. Ed., D.C., Dean of
Academic Affairs; John Lockenour, D.C., Associate Professor; Albert Luce, D.C.,
Dean of Clinics; and Christy Paich, Student Council President.
Bernier expertly weaved
interviews with Palmer representatives into his three-hour talk and news radio
show, repeatedly emphasizing the importance of chiropractic, the resource that
Palmer is and the contributions that Palmer College makes to the community.
“My family and I,
including my children, all receive chiropractic care on a regular basis,” said
an enthusiastic Bernier.
Interested and excited
students gathered around throughout the afternoon, pausing to hear the benefits
of chiropractic and the value of their college extolled during the show.
Bernier is a frequent
contributor to Fox News, CNN and MSNBC and has been named to Talkers Magazine’s
top 100 most important talk show hosts the last 14 straight years.
