Palmer’s Florida Campus hosts ChiroWalk
10/28/2010 (Archived)
The SACA Chapter and the Student Alumni Association hosted a chiropractic
walk on campus on Saturday, Oct. 23. Students, faculty and staff were encouraged
to participate and to show their support for chiropractic and health. The walk
was held in conjunction with this year’s National Chiropractic Health Month
theme, “Why Weight? Get Healthy!”
“The SACA chapter and PSAF chapter came together to
represent our organizations and invite others to show their pride for
chiropractic through the ChiroWalk. We are hoping to make this an annual event
on the Florida Campus to celebrate National Chiropractic Health Month. We would
like to encourage individuals that have been impacted by chiropractic to share
their story and their passion for the profession whether they are a student,
teacher or patient,” said Bopheny Hem, 6th quarter who organized the event.
