Alumnus named “Medical Hero of the Year” by local chamber

Dan Madock, D.C., Tampa, Fla., Davenport ’79, was nominated by patients and
peers in the chiropractic category of the Temple Terrace, Fla., Chamber of
Commerce. He was named Medical Hero of the Year in March. Other award categories
included medical general practitioners, specialists, researchers and
dentists. Three doctors from each specialty were selected for the awards, which
were presented at a dinner. The award was sponsored by the Pepin Heart Hospital
and the Dr. Kirin Patel Research Institute.
