Palmer offers extensive financial
planning services and experienced staff members to guide you through the

General charges applied to all degree programs:
- Payment of delinquent tuition 12% (APR service fee on monthly unpaid balances)
- Collection fee on non-sufficient funds checks $25
- Duplicate diploma $30
- *Transcript fee $5
- Other duplicate certificates $5
*Each student or graduate is
furnished one transcript of College records free of charge; additional
transcripts are furnished at $5 each, payable in advance. Transcripts
cover only courses taken at the Palmer College of Chiropractic campus
that the student is attending.
