Description of Responsibilities: Direct and oversee the institutional financial aid and scholarship delivery system within applicable federal and state statutes and regulations; interpret federal regulations, guidelines and professional literature on financial aid; inform financial aid staff of changes, modifications and interpretations resulting from new or current legislation; establish and implement the philosophy, goals, budget and operating policies and procedures for the financial aid office; hire, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline department employees; develop, manage and oversee department budget; monitor expenditures and funding availability. Position Title: Clinical Project Manager

Department: Research

This is a temporary position for grant funded clinical trials in Bethesda, MD

Description of Responsibilities
: The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for providing project-specific support by implementing clinical research protocols for projects conducted by the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research in offsite locations. This position will be based in Bethesda, MD. The Clinical Project Manager will recruit, screen and enroll eligible study volunteers; collect, enter, and maintain study-related data via paper source or through web-based applications. The project manager will also be responsible for generating and preparing reports for assigned projects as well as maintaining regulatory documents for the assigned study in accordance with institutional and federal regulations.

Position Qualifications Required: Requires a bachelor’s degree. A clinical degree (e.g., D.C., M.D., R.N., P.T) and/or graduate degree in clinical research, epidemiology, public health or related field, and certification as a clinical research professional preferred. Experience in clinical research projects desired.

Description of Responsibilities: Description of Responsibilities: Applicants are invited for a temporary full-time position of Research Clinician who will examine and treat patients according to study protocols for a study conducted by the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research at Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The Research clinician must maintain credentialed status as a doctor of chiropractic within the department of defense healthcare system at Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington, work within a research team, and maintain the highest standards of care and ethics. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 1 year.

Position Qualifications Required: D.C. degree, Credentialed or able to obtain credentialed status as a doctor of chiropractic within the department of defense healthcare system at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, experience with electronic clinical documentation preferred.

Responsibilities include counseling prospective students on the DC program requirements and prerequisites.
