Davenport Campus Veterans’ Assistance

Most veterans and eligible dependents entering Palmer College have used some type of veterans’ educational assistance in their pre-chiropractic education and are acquainted with the general features of the Veterans Administration program under which they could receive benefits as chiropractic students. The Veterans’ Assistance program at the College is administered through the Student Administrative Services Office (Registrar), which is able to advise about the continuation of benefits. However, authoritative decisions in these matters must be procured from the Veterans Administration itself. Florida Campus Veterans’ Assistance

Veterans eligible to receive monthly benefits, or widows and children of deceased veterans interested in applying for benefits, should contact the Financial Planning Office for more information. Students wishing to apply for veteran’s educational benefits must contact the Financial Planning Office well in advance of the beginning of classes.

The Financial Aid Office will provide application forms and information regarding eligibility and certification procedures. Students with veteran’s educational benefits must contact the Financial Planning Office at the time they register each quarter to assure their payments are received in a timely fashion.
