Biostatistician

Department: Research

Responsibilities
Join the Office of Data Management & Biostatistics at the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research to support Federally-funded investigators conducting basic science, clinical trials and health services research at the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research. Consult with investigators to develop data analysis plans, write statistical programs and perform data analysis. Write and review statistical protocols and reports, including those for manuscripts and grant applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Biostatistics or Statistics with a minimum of 1 year related experience. Experience may be that gained through a graduate research assistantship or internship; demonstrated expertise in standard statistical software, SAS and R in particular. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must exhibit a high degree of motivation and work effectively within a group setting and be able to handle time management of multiple simultaneous projects.

Senior Director for Accreditation and Licensure

Department: Institutional Effectiveness

Responsibilities
The Senior Director of Accreditation and Licensure Compliance is responsible to oversee system-wide institutional and programmatic accreditation and regulatory licensure compliance at Palmer College. The Senior Director will provide leadership in researching new regulations, informing College personnel of regulatory changes, reporting College compliance to accreditation and other regulatory agencies, and securing and maintaining state authorization by which the College can conduct its business.

Requirements
Master’s Degree required, PH.D preferred; five years of professional experience and progressive responsibility in related field; and three years of managerial experience. Knowledge/experience in higher education quality assurance systems and processes; accreditation experience with regional and professional agencies; regulatory experience at the federal and state levels strongly desired.

Director of Assessment

Department: Institutional Effectiveness

Responsibilities
The Director of Assessment facilitates the development, execution, and reporting of all College-directed assessment initiatives on the branch campus including clinic and academic assessment activities related to system-wide measurement of student learning and programmatic assessment. The Director will assist Campus Deans by providing support to academic and clinic departments, campus committees, faculty, and staff to plan, implement, and utilize the outcomes of assessment of student learning.

Requirements
Doctor of Chiropractic degree; Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred; three years’ experience in program evaluation, assessment, measurement, research or related field, with experience as a chiropractor preferred; demonstrated ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Branch Manager Librarian

The Branch Manager Librarian position has primary administrative and supervisory responsibility over the David D. Palmer Health Sciences Library at a branch campus, which includes services, programs, support staff, access, collection management, instruction, research and special services.
