Administrative Assistant

Senior Director of Facilities & Project Management

Department: Facilities

Responsibilities
The Senior Director of Facilities & Project Management is responsible for the overall fiscal and administrative management of facility operations for the college. This individual will provide leadership and direction in short and long-range facilities planning through quality and cost effective practices. The position is also responsible for project management of capital improvement projects on all campuses and energy conservation efforts.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent related field; five years related experience and/or training; supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials, tools, equipment and building maintenance requirements and codes, including safety regulations and technical expertise that includes experience with optimizing building systems, energy programs, and other relevant technical systems is essential. Qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical Repair Experience and Boiler License are preferred.

Candidates must have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree; Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (DACBR); active California Chiropractic License at time of hire; current/active California Permit for X-Ray Supervisor/Operator and be eligible to participate in the treatment of Federal Entitlement (Medicare) program. Three years prior teaching experience at the college-level, evidence of teaching excellence, and familiarity with technology are preferred.

Faculty Clinician

PT Radiologic Technologist

Candidates must have a first professional degree (DC degree preferred from a CCE accredited institution) with a Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a nationally recognized agency or its foreign equivalent, with a minimum 5 years teaching and/or practice experience. A Diplomate in Radiology is required. Computer literacy with email and Microsoft Office products is also required.
