Responsibilities
The Admissions Representative is a highly visible position responsible for representing Palmer College of Chiropractic in order to recruit and advise prospective students through matriculation for any or all educational programs on the Port Orange, Florida, campus. The individual in this position will advise prospective students on academic qualifications and admissions information; contact and maintain current information on qualified inquiries; monitor student enrollment status for assigned territory (or program); travel to undergraduate institutions to give presentations; meet with students and career advisors.

Requirements
Qualified candidate must be a self-starter who is capable of excelling in a goal-oriented environment; excellent organizational and communication skills a must. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; five years related admissions/sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Substantial experience may be substituted for education. Position requires some travel as well as weekends and evenings.

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, students and clinicians. Duties may include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing/medical/student records and answering telephones. The hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:30a.m. - 8:00p.m. & Friday 10:30a.m. - 7:00p.m.

Requirements
High school diploma is required; 2 years additional schooling is preferred, 1 year of clerical experience is required. Customer service experience, Microsoft Office and other basic computer experience is required; medical/hospital experience is preferred.
