Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing professional support and guidance within assigned Human Resources programs and functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Benefits, HRIS, Performance Management and Employee Relations, Marketing, Communications and Compensation, to College employees, managers and executives; and aligning assigned responsibilities with H.R. Specialists, Generalists, Campus Managers and Liaisons as appropriate. The Human Resources Generalist will have primary responsibility for one Human Resources functional area and serve as backup in another assigned Human Resources functional area. Talent sourcing and acquisition are the primary responsibility assigned to this Generalist position. This position is also responsible for assuring the College’s regulatory compliance within assigned areas of responsibility. The assigned duties will be performed using sound administrative best employment practices, effective available technology and participate in all other Departmental functions and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; Two years’ experience in Human Resources or professional office environment; recruitment, counseling, or business management experience is a plus. Professional Human Resources certification is a plus. Must successfully pass a background check.

Rehabilitation Resident

Office Assistant

Faculty Instructor – 2 openings

Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport Campus, invites applications for a part-time technique faculty position. This position will teach chiropractic technique coursework as a back-up as outlined in the course syllabus, including hands-on instruction, grading exams, and assisting students in developing the psychomotor skills required in delivering a safe and effective chiropractic adjustment.

Requirements
Candidates must have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a CCE accredited institution, and current licensure in the state of Iowa. Knowledge and experience in utilizing Palmer Package techniques is required.

Director of Clinic Compliance and Quality Assurance

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Palmer College of Chiropractic’s (PCC) Provost, the Quality Assurance and Compliance Director is responsible for all PCC Clinics’ programs for quality assurance, risk management and compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory statutes related to provision of health care services to patients, treatment documentation and patient rights; including oversight of the Clinic Integrity Program (CIP). The Director is the College’s HIPPAA Privacy Officer and liaison to attorneys, insurance carriers and other relevant external agencies and organizations. The Director is responsible for developing, assessing and coordinating compliance practices across the College, in concert with the Clinics’ administrators, service providers and support staff.

Requirements
J.D. with 3-5 years of experience in a highly regulated field; or Healthcare first professional degree (Chiropractic, Osteopathy, M.D., Doctorate in Physician’s Assistant) with 3-5 years of significant responsibility for assuring health care regulatory compliance; or Master’s Degree in compliance with 3-5 years of mid-level responsibility for assuring health care regulatory compliance. A combination of relevant education and significant experience may also be considered. Candidate must successfully pass a background check and credit check.

Web Content and Outreach Coordinator

Senior Director of Clinic Business

The Senior Director of Clinic Business operates from the Davenport Campus and is responsible for clinic business operations at all campus/clinic locations. The individual in this position will create and drive strategy and long-term plans for revenue growth and service quality; develop and manage annual clinic budgets; provide oversight for clinic billing and collections; prepare clinic financial and operational reports.

Academic Counselor/PASS Coordinator
