An Optional, Off-Campus Clinical Education Program
If you have completed the Palmer Doctor of Chiropractic degree program and will not be able to obtain licensure soon after graduation, consider this program. The Post-Graduate Preceptor Program allows you to gain experience with a licensed D.C. in their private practice. Gain valuable insight into the everyday management of a practice.
- Palmer graduates may participate in the program for up to one year following graduation or until a state license is attained. The length of time allowed may vary depending on state regulations.
- Palmer College does not consider you a student while enrolled in this program.
- Depending on the location of the preceptorship and its state regulations, you may perform a variety of patient care procedures under the direct supervision of the licensed chiropractor.
- Due to state regulations, this opportunity is not available in all states.
