Palmer College of Chiropractic's Davenport Iowa Campus is exempt from State of Iowa registration requirements for postsecondary institutions under Iowa Code Section 261B.11, subsection 10. Palmer College of Chiropractic's San Jose, Calif. Campus holds an exempt status with the Bureau for Private Post-Secondary Education pursuant to the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009.
