Chiropractic History Still/Living Event

 Dr. Gary Auerbach, renowned for his platinum printmaking, will present a series of 35 images taken with his 8 x 10 camera and printed as silver gelatin prints. They are of iconic personalities attending the 1995 Centennial Celebration in Davenport. Dr. Auerbach's photographic work is represented in the museum collections of Musee Carnavalet, Musee Jenisch, Biblioteque Nationale de France, the U.S. Library of Congress, Smithsonian Institution, National Anthropological Archive, Center for Creative Photography, the University of Arizona, and others. It has been displayed throughout Europe and the American Southwest. Serious appetizers and frivolous drinks and will be served.  

We are encouraging participants to come dressed as their favorite iconic chiropractic legend. A panel of judges will be selected on the spot and prizes will be awarded for best costume, best portrayal, and other categories as deemed appropriate by the judges. A silent auction will be held to benefit the construction of the Palmer Family and Chiropractic History Museum on the Davenport campus. The architect's plans will be available for viewing.

*Reunion Year's celebrants will have reserved seating at Homecoming weekend's final event. Contact your classmates and tell them to meet you there. Even if you are not attending Homecoming, you are invited to join your classmates on Saturday evening by purchasing tickets for the Saturday Night Festival.
