Cancellation Policy

Full refunds, less a 25-percent administrative fee, will be made on all cancellations received by July 24, 2015. Refunds will not be considered for requests received after July 24, 2015. Palmer College reserves the right to change program dates, times, speakers and/or locations. The liability to Palmer College for such changes is limited to a refund of the registration fee only. Palmer College will not complete certificates of license renewal credit until registration fees are paid in full.
