School, Sports and DOT Physicals

Nobody wants to be sidelined by an injury.

That’s why undergoing a comprehensive school, sports, or DOT physical can be helpful. It's a great way to check for physical "red flags" such as spinal misalignments, heart problems, diabetes, shortened muscles, or joint issues that may put you at risk for injury. If you’re in need of a physical, Palmer Clinics is a great option.

School or Sports Physicals

Our providers will check your child’s health history and vitals, look specifically at the alignment of their spine, the function of their nervous system, and overall posture, flexibility, and body mechanics.  We’ll also evaluate their hearing, vision, range of motion, and relative strength.

Some school districts do not accept physicals completed by doctors of chiropractic. Contact our clinics for more information.

DOT Physicals

Certified DOT physicals are only available at our Davenport clinic. The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires professional drivers to get regular physicals to make sure they can be safe on the road.

Your certified DOT examiner will review your health history and medications, perform a urinary analysis and complete a physical exam. Once the DOT examiner completes all the DOT physical requirements, they will discuss any concerns related to your health history or current medical condition with you. Schedule your DOT exam today!

Drug and Alcohol Screening

Our staff can also perform certified-DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol screenings. Call to schedule your screening today.
