The Palmer rugby team is heading to the national playoffs again this year. The round of 16 will be played May 12 and 13 in Cheswick, Pa., just outside Pittsburgh. Palmer has reserved a block of rooms for alumni, family and friends at the team hotel. Information and direct links are below.
Recently Vickie Anne Palmer, daughter of Dr. David D. Palmer, donated funds to the Palmer men's and women's rugby clubs for the purchase of a Rhino Premier Sled for use in training. 
"It's been put to very good use this spring by both clubs," said Ron O'Brien, athletic and recreation coordinator. "The scrum sled has become an integral part of their training, and the donation is very much appreciated by both the men's and women's teams."

Friday: The team will arrive Friday afternoon around 4 p.m., head to the field for a run through, then have dinner
Saturday: Game time on Saturday TBA (times will be posted on the Palmer rugby website)
Sunday: Game time based on a win or loss on Saturday
