The Palmer Center for Business Development (PCBD) presents “How Ordinary Chiropractors Create Extraordinary Practices” with Dr. Frank Sovinsky, D.C., FPAC , at Palmer’s West Campus on Friday, Nov. 16, 5-9 p.m. in Rm. 118.
