Jeremy Good, a 7th Quarter student at
Palmer’s Florida campus, placed first in
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on April 8, at the 2006
Pan-American Championships in Los Angeles,
Calif., earning a gold medal. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
is a form of martial arts that combines many
different fighting or grappling moves. Good
hopes to gain more expertise in Jiu-Jitsu over
the next few years while balancing his studies
and weekly tournaments.
