Charles Keller, D.C., ’55, last spring flew this Fuji blimp with the help of a pilot during a three-hour flight over New York City. Dr. Keller, who is a member of the Palmer College Board of Trustees, has flown several solo flights in a Piper J3.

Patrice Toensing, D.C., ’57, left, and Alwin Toensing, D.C., ’56, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple met at Palmer’s Davenport Campus and were married live on NBC-TV’s “Bride and Groom” on Oct. 22, 1957. Students at their alma mater were excused from class so they could view the program in the school’s cafeteria. After more than 40 years in practice, the couple retired in 2003 and settled in Tucson, Ariz.
