Dr. Bill Moreau named Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement

Dr. Bill Moreau has been a frequent presenter at Palmer College, including during the 2008 Destination Success: A Journey From Within event.

Bill Moreau, D.C., DACBSP, CSCS, FICC, has been appointed to the position of Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement. In this position, he provides leadership and direction in the strategic planning efforts of alumni relations, fund raising and continuing education for the College.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College’s Davenport Campus in 1981, Dr. Moreau completed postgraduate coursework at Northwestern Health Sciences University, earning his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician certification in 1990, and his Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians in 1993.

In 1981, Dr. Moreau started his private practice in Estherville, Iowa. He has coordinated the Palmer Continuing Education Department’s Sports Programming from 1991 to the present. Dr. Moreau currently serves as president of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He has provided more than 200 postgraduate education presentations. As a certified online instructor, he founded the distance-based education platform DConline in 2002.

Dr. Moreau has published several manuscripts with an emphasis on concussion injuries in athletics. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine and was an associate editor for the Journal of Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation.
