D.C., was named
the Florida Chiropractic
Chiropractor of the
Year at the association’s
August. He was cited
for his “hard work,
persistence and outstanding
the Florida chiropractic
community, his community and fellow citizens.

Mr. David Chapman-Smith, at the May 3-4 joint convention
of the World Federation of Chiropractic, the
Puerto Rican Chiropractic Association and the Latin
American Federation of Chiropractic. Palmer is making
significant inroads in Puerto Rico, especially with
the proximity of the Port Orange campus.
