Visit the West Campus Sport Council tent during the Turkey Trot
For the third year in a row, Palmer's West Campus Sports Council will serve as the primary sports care provider for the Silicon Valley Turkey Trot.
The Palmer Sports Council tent will be situated in the expo area, located within the Guadalupe Park meadow, adjacent to the starting line. Complimentary care (including chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapies, kinesiotaping and stretching) will be available to anyone with a Turkey Trot bib number from 6:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Sports Council care is provided by doctors and interns from the Palmer Chiropractic Clinic in San Jose, which has received national Recognition for the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered back pain care, and is a leader in the specialized field of sports chiropractic.
Palmer's Sports Council has provided sports care services at many other premier events in northern California during the past 17 years, including the Sea Otter Cycling Classic, the National Senior Games, and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure.
Note: You can also meet with members of the Palmer Sports Council for pre-race tips at the Turkey Trot expo on Saturday, Nov. 19, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Sports Basement in Sunnyvale (located at 1177 Kern Ave.).
