Local high school students tour Florida Campus anatomy lab
Students from Atlantic High School’s regular and honors anatomy classes recently visited Palmer’s Florida Campus. The visit included a tour of the classrooms and labs that are utilized in the instruction of the chiropractic curriculum. The honor’s class attended on Friday, Jan. 27, and the regular class attended on Monday, Jan. 30.
Friday’s tour was guided by Dean of Academic Affairs Donald Gran, D.C. Monday’s visit was led by student Campus Guide Jesse Hodges.
“We appreciate being given this opportunity," said Mr. Mark Gieselman, anatomy teacher at Atlantic High School. "The students enjoyed their tour, especially the dissection lab where they viewed various human organs and human cadavers that were presented by Sadie McConner, D.P.M., supervisor of the lab.”
