Admissions on the road: Utah
On Saturday, March 7, Admissions representative Ellen Bassler hosted a prospective student dinner in Thanksgiving Point, Utah. Special guests included keynote speaker David Juehring, D.C. (Davenport ’94); John Aznar, D.C. (Davenport ’00); Jeff Brown, D.C. (Davenport '11); and current Davenport Campus student Brandon Wilson.
“Forty-six people attended,” said Ms. Bassler, “and three have already applied for the D.C. program!”
Casey S., one of the prospective students who applied, said that Palmer has always been his first choice and that the dinner “definitely solidified that.”
“It was great for my wife to be able to attend as well,” said Casey. “It helped her to be more excited about going and eased a lot of her worries. The food was great, and the speakers did a great job of getting me even more excited about Palmer and chiropractic. I am so glad we were able to attend.”
