Chiroracing.net hoping for first chiropractic-sponsored Indy car
Chiroracing.net is a unique venture to promote chiropractic through auto racing founded by John Wagner, D.C., Davenport ’76, who is now joined by his partner, Kevin Butterfield, D.C., West ’91. They have been calling all chiropractors and future chiropractors to help ensure Dr. Wagner’s son, Brandon, who will drive the first chiropractic-sponsored car in the prestigious Indianapolis 500, gets the right equipment and support to be competitive in the upcoming race.
This year’s Indy 500 is May 27, with more than 95 million TV viewers and 500,000 trackside spectators watching. The American Chiropractic Association is supporting the venture, and Drs. Wagner and Butterfield have been fundraising through April in order to get Brandon’s car ready to practice on the track. For more information, visit www.chiroracing.net.
