Palmer mourns the loss of West Campus student Davin Clymore

The Palmer community is mourning the loss of one of our students. Davin R. Clymore lost his life in a motor vehicle accident on Feb. 27, 2013. Davin was a student at Palmer's West Campus in San Jose, Calif.

The West Campus Associated Student Government paid tribute to Davin by hosting a special “Hour of Remembrance” in his honor on the morning of March 6. The informal ceremony was attended by students, faculty and staff, as well as Davin's parents, Rick and Deborah.

The funeral service will take place this Friday, March 8, at 2:30 p.m., at the New Harvest Church in Clovis (near Fresno, Calif.), which is located at 698 N. Minnewawa Ave. The local phone number is (559) 797-7000.

In lieu of flowers, Davin’s family is requesting memorial donations in his honor. Donated funds will benefit West Campus students. Anyone wishing to contribute should direct their donation to the West Campus President’s Office.
