The Palmer Alumni Office would like to thank those alumni who went the extra mile to make the class reunions and other special events such fantastic events during this year's Homecoming. (Links to the photo galleries may be found below.)
"Dr. William King (Davenport '63), brought in an impressive number of posters for the 50-year reunion and had them on display, which was wonderful," said Mickey Burt, D.C. (Davenport '73), executive director for Alumni. "He also presented Vickie Palmer with the title of Kentucky Admiral and brought a gift for all of his classmates. Dr. Tom Morgan (Davenport '63) also assisted Dr. King, and his efforts are appreciated."
Not only did Robert Kauffman, D.C. (Davenport '88), do an "outstanding job" emceeing his 25-year reunion, his enthusiasm in promoting the event throughout the past year was wonderful.
Thank you to John Reitz, D.C. (Davenport '03), for hosting the 10-year class reunion and adding a great energy to the event.
Michael Chance, D.C. (Davenport '78), did "an amazing job" as the keynote speaker for the Alumni Luncheon. Thank you, Dr. Chance.
Palmer Student Alumni Foundation (PSAF) President Kristina Bemis made us proud as she represented PSAF, Operation Palmer Promotes Play (OP3) as well as the entire student body. Thank you for your heart-felt speech during the Alumni Luncheon. Student Jennifer Katzner also did an excellent job speaking at the Heritage Endowment Society Luncheon.
We are appreciative of Presidents Club Reception speakers Steven Simmons, D.C. (Davenport '99), and his wife, Vanessa Simmons.
We extend our heart-felt congratulations to the newest inductees of Fellows in the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic: Kevin Cunningham, D.C., Ph.D. (Davenport '88), Glenda Foy, D.C.
