Celebrate National Chiropractic Health Month

9/18/2013 (Archived)

healthy habitsOctober is National Chiropractic Health Month (NCHM), and this year’s theme is “Get Vertical!” According to the American Chiropractic Association’s (ACA) site, “Get Vertical focuses on the importance of joint health at all stages of life and … encourages everyone to use the month of October to get off their couches and office chairs, stand up and move.”

To help you inform others about NCHM, we have a Facebook cover image (see below) for you that you may use on your page or profile. (Download the image by right-clicking on it and copying or saving it. You may also drag it to your desktop.)

The ACA site has information on how doctors of chiropractic can spread the word about NCHM and get involved in events or host events. It offers tools, including patient fact sheets, sample tweets and Facebook posts, as well as videos.
