Palmer’s Florida Campus graduates 30th class

Florida graduates - September 2013Palmer College’s Florida Campus graduated the 30th class to graduate from the Port Orange campus on Friday, Sept. 20. Sixty-eight students received their Doctor of Chiropractic degree in a ceremony held at the News-Journal Center in Daytona Beach. The commencement address was given by Associate Professor Mary Kate Connolly, D.C., C.C.S.P. 

Donald Gran, D.C., M.S. Ed., Dean of Academic Affairs, presented the valedictorian award to Lauren Rae Gomes, Mich., and the salutatorian award to Clinton M. Sheffield, Ga. Albert Luce, D.C., Dean of Clinics, presented the Clinical Excellence Award to Lydia Renee Crist, Ill. The Virgil V. Strang Philosophy Award was presented by Florida Campus President Peter Martin, D.C., to Clinton M. Sheffield, Ga.
