The most important determinant in business success will be the ability to generate patients. This module will dispel myths and provide feedback on how to get patients. Referrals will continue to play an important role in the equation of building the patient pool, but can no longer be the foundation of a new clinic's marketing plan. This module will hit home the reality of competing for patients to help ensure your practice success.
Each student should bring a device to access the Internet. Laptops or notebooks are preferred.
