Group Exercise and Recreational Classes

We offer a comprehensive fitness/wellness program that includes several group sessions from Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Power Yoga to Mind Body Sessions in Yoga and Tai Chi.

Group Exercise and Recreational Classes are available free of charge to all students, employees, alumni and immediate family members of the aforementioned.

Campus Recreation Mission Statement
Campus Recreation has a primary responsibility to contribute to the total development and enhancement of the Palmer College community through an accessible and comprehensive program. Campus Recreation includes recreational services, wellness, and club sports. Recreational programming works to promote healthy lifestyles, helps to develop positive attitudes, and serves to provide a variety of recreational opportunities.
