Personal Trainer Program

 

What is personal training?

Personal Training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging workouts specially designed for each individual's specific needs. The trainer will be there to instruct you on proper lifting technique on a variety of exercises and at the same time motivating you to achieve your fitness goals.

About our trainers:

Our personal trainers are highly qualified with credentials ranging from university degrees to certifications from accredited health/fitness associations.

How to sign up:

Stop by Student Services and pick up a Personal Trainer Request form. Fill it out and leave it in Student Services.
Down load a copy of the "printable personal trainer request  form - (Adobe Acrobat format)" and send it to Student Services.

Meeting with your trainer:

A trainer will call you to arrange an initial consultation.

Late policy:

Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes for clients. After 15 minutes the trainer is not required to lead the session, and the session may be lost.

Cancellation notice:

Clients are asked to call at least one day (12 hours) in advance of the scheduled training session.
