Regardless of the plan selected, employee  contributions are $85.00/month for single coverage, $170.00 /month for employee plus one dependent and $245.00/month for family coverage. The cost of coverage is broken down into equal payments throughout the month and deducted from the employee’s paycheck each pay period on a pre-tax basis.

Health insurance goes into effect on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Private chiropractic care:  $10.00 office visit co-pay with a maximum of 30 office visits per calendar year.  Office visit co-pay includes chiropractic adjustment. Auxiliary services performed will apply toward the deductible.  Benefits for chiropractic visits in excess of limit will be provided at 90% after meeting the deductible. Network of Chiropractic’s will be provided.

As soon as you become eligible to participate in the 403(b) plan, the College will contribute a matching contribution of up to 2% of your pay.  Employees are vested in the retirement plan based on months of service with the College.  Individuals are immediately 100% invested in their own contributions to the 403 (b) plan.    Employees may change their contribution amount whenever they wish by notifying the Human Resources Department in writing.
