Is attendance at orientation required?

Yes. It is very important to attend all aspects of our new student orientation.  Important information and documents are provided and distributed as well as enrollment requirements for state and federal requirements being completed. You will also have a chance to engage your classmates as well as staff and current students.

Will meals be provided at orientation?

Yes. A complimentary breakfast and lunch are included as part of the day's activities.

When will I get my student ID?

A schedule for photo IDs will be provided to you on orientation day.

When do I get my Palmer email?

You will receive your Palmer Email address and password when you sign in to orientation.

Where can I sign up for a locker?

Lockers are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The lockers located in the Academic Health Center building are reserved for 8th-10th trimester students.

Does Palmer provide health insurance?

Palmer College does not provide student health insurance. The College is not affiliated with any particular insurance company, but acts as an information source. Student Services can provide information on insurance providers.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No. Designated student parking is available at various locations on campus.

Where can I receive chiropractic care as a student?

All students and their immediate families (parent, spouse and dependent children) can receive chiropractic care at no charge. Students are seen in the Campus Health Center and family members in the Academic Health Center or Moline Clinic.

West campus

Student IDs are issued the first week of the quarter. Check your emails to know when they will be ready for pick up.
