Dr. Miller publishes his "Lessons and Observations"

Dr. Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller, D.C., a prolific writer who has published more than 100 articles in 28 different periodicals, has published his third chiropractic textbook. His latest book, “Practicing Chiropractic: Lessons and Observations from Private Practice,” includes tidbits of collective wisdom and practical knowledge gleaned from Dr. Miller’s years in practice.

The book is divided into eight sections: Getting Started, Procedures and Paperwork, Marketing, Patient Evaluation, X-Rays, Patient Education, Patient Care, and Potpourri, and received a very favorable review in the Sept. 14 issue of Dynamic Chiropractic.

Dr. Miller, an assistant professor at Palmer Florida since April, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Davenport campus in 1987. He was drawn to chiropractic as a teenager after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.

A proponent of continuing education, Dr. Miller is a diplomate and fellow in Chiropractic Orthopedics and has received certification in Utilization and Peer Review. He also is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, personal trainer and chiropractic sports physician.
