You are the Lever Moving Chiropractic Forward

The theme of my work life has been advancing learning for others. At the main campus’ Homecoming in August, I had the chance to connect with numerous alumni and friends of Palmer at the Donor Recognition Dinner, and I made a realization: over my time with Palmer, one of the biggest levers I have discovered to impact student learning and advance the chiropractic profession is donors. As donors, you affect change at a magnitude greater than any member of the faculty, staff, or administration. Your generosity gives our students the advantages they need to become successful chiropractors. In many ways, you are the most effective educators of our program.

Because of donors, more students will have the opportunity to choose chiropractic as their career path. Because of donors, our profession will grow in influence and stature as a first choice for spinal health and well-being. Because of donors, patients all over the world will have the best in chiropractic care. Thank you!

Palmer continues to find innovative ways to enhance students’ experiences at all three of our campuses. The addition of solar panels and a new radiology lab at our West campus, a new clinic space at our Florida campus, and the now one-year-old R. Richard Bittner Athletic & Recreation Center at the main campus, started the momentum now carrying us forward as we plan even more incredible improvements for our students.

The future for Palmer College is deeply rooted in our history — in the science, art and philosophy that created and advanced our College and profession. Now is our time to show our Palmer Pride to ensure students receive the world-class Palmer chiropractic education that keeps our degree and institution strong.

Thank you for all you have done to become the lever that moves chiropractic forward. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for Palmer College.
