Jacob earned his undergraduate degree at St. Ambrose, just a few minutes away from Palmer's Main campus. He encourages students to consider becoming a technique TA.

Michael Sterling shadowed doctors in the physical therapy and chiropractic professions after an accident, settling on becoming a Palmer chiropractic student.

“Radiology offered me a different and fun challenge,” says Dr. Forlow. “I’m applying the knowledge I gained while going through Palmer’s curriculum and through my experience as an athletic trainer as I learn another way to diagnose.”

Once Pase graduates in December 2022, she’ll be heading off to become the sole chiropractor at the community-based outreach clinic within the Black Hills VA.

“I started to notice that some of my patients who saw a chiropractor had better outcomes than those who didn’t, and by the time I retired from the Air Force I was tired of the allopathic medicine route. Plus, my dad is a chiropractor. I saw how many people he helped and knew that’s what I wanted to do next,” Lafe says.
