Are you interested in being an exhibitor at the 125th anniversary of Palmer College celebration?
This year, all exhibitors will be located in the R. Richard Bittner Athletic and Recreation Center. We’re anticipating many chiropractors and guests to “converge on the Fountainhead” in September. As an exhibitor at the 125th Anniversary of Palmer College, you have the opportunity to meet them, as well as celebrate this milestone with them!
We look forward to your company/organization being a part of the 125th Celebration of Palmer College.

Your exhibitor registration fee of $1,250 includes one 10′ x 8′ booth space with draping and carpet, one 8′ draped/skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign (if requested).
New this year, you also have the option of adding branded banners placed around campus during the event. Each banner will cost $250.
Please note that timely submission of artwork for banners will be required. Artwork deadline is July 15, 2022.

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be made in the order that applications with full payment are received under the discretion of the College.
Exhibitor registration includes the following:
- Two non-CE tickets
- Two three-day meal cards
- Two tickets to the 125th Celebration on Saturday evening (must be requested in advance)
Exhibitor company names will be printed in the 125th anniversary of Palmer event program, as well as displayed on this web page.
With a prime location in the R. Richard Bittner Athletic & Recreation Center, event guests will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths throughout the event and during designated breaks.
Prizes donated by exhibitors will be given away in the exhibit hall.
Please submit full payment to guarantee your reservation. If paying by check, please make it payable to Palmer College Foundation. To ensure a listing in the published program, your reservation must be received by July 15, 2022.*
*Exhibitors reserving after this date will be listed on a separate exhibitor addendum sheet.

Exhibitors move-in is scheduled for Wednesday, September 14 from 2-5 p.m. and Thursday, September 15 from 7-8 a.m.
Tentative exhibit hall hours are:
Thursday, Thursday 15, from 7 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Friday, September 16, from 7 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Saturday, September 17, from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. (booth breakdown from 3-5 p.m.)
