Join us at Palmer College of Chiropractic Main Campus in Davenport, Iowa, Sept. 16-19, 2026, for an exciting Homecoming celebration bringing together chiropractors, alumni, students, and guests from across the profession.
As an exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with attendees, showcase your products and services, build relationships, and grow brand awareness in a fun, high-energy environment.

Premier Booth — $1,250
Your exhibitor registration includes:
- Premium booth location
- One 10’ x 8’ booth space with draping
- One 6’ draped/skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- One booth identification sign
Standard Booth — $1,000
Your exhibitor registration includes:
- One 10’ x 8’ booth space with draping

- One wastebasket

Want even more visibility? Add branded campus banners during the event for $250 each. Banner artwork must be submitted by July 17, 2026.
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be made in order that applications with full payment are received at the discretion of the College.
Exhibitor Benefits
Exhibitor registration includes the following:
- Two non-CE registrations for Palmer Main Campus Homecoming
- Two tickets to the Alumni Social (must be registered in advance)
Your company name will be featured in the event program and on the Homecoming website.
With prime location in R. Richard Bittner Athletic & Recreation Center, event guests will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths throughout the event and during designated breaks.
Exhibitors are invited to donate prizes for giveaways during the Expo.
Payment Information
Full payment is required to secure your booth reservation.
Checks should be made payable to Palmer College Foundation.
To be included in the printed event program, reservations must be received by August 3, 2026. Exhibitors registering after August 3 will be listed in a separate exhibitor addendum.

Exhibitor Schedule
Wednesday, September 16
8-11 a.m.: Exhibitor set-up
2-5 p.m.: Student Expo event held in the Expo Center
3-4:30 p.m.: Speakers Reception held in the Expo Center. Enjoy food, drinks, and a cash bar.
4:30 p.m.: Courtyard party. Enjoy food, drinks, a talent show, and time to relax, mingle, and connect with fellow attendees.
Thursday, September 17
7 a.m.: Expo and registration desk open
7 a.m.-6:30 p.m.: Expo Hall open
- Coffee and water available beginning at 7 a.m.
- Snacks available throughout the day
- Book signing in the Expo Center
- Special recognition from vendor stage for sponsors (for a fee)
- Photo booth in the Expo Center
Friday, September 18
7 a.m.: Expo and registration desk open
7 a.m.-5 p.m.: Expo Hall open
- Coffee and water available beginning at 7 a.m.
- Snacks available throughout the day
- Special recognition from vendor stage for sponsors (for a fee)
- Photo booth in the Expo Center
5-7 p.m.: Exhibitor tear-down
Final information about installation and exhibit hall hours will be emailed to all registered exhibitors.
