With many chiropractors and guests expected to attend, this event is the perfect platform to meet prospective customers and create new business opportunities. Exhibitor Details
We offer excellent exhibitor hours, a vendor listing on our website, and vendor sponsorship opportunities.
We listened to your feedback and are excited to announce the following highlights this year:
- The registration desk (including information and help desk) will be in the Expo.
- D.C.s will pick up name badges and Homecoming bags in the Expo.
- D.C.s will turn in CE cards in the Expo.
- Snacks and all-day coffee and water will be in the Expo.
Your exhibitor booth registration of $1,000 includes one 10’ x 8’ booth space with draping, one 6’ draped/skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign (if requested).
You also have the option of adding branded banners placed around the campus during the event. Each banner costs $250.
Please note that timely submission of artwork for banners is required. The artwork deadline is July 14, 2024.

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be made in the order that applications with full payment are received at the discretion of the college.
Exhibitor Benefits
Exhibitor registration includes the following:
- Two non-CE tickets
- Two three-day meal cards
- Two tickets to the Saturday night festival (must be requested in advance)
Exhibitor company names will be printed in the event program and displayed on the website.
With a prime location in the R. Richard Bittner Athletic & Recreation Center, event guests will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths throughout the event and during designated breaks.
Prizes donated by exhibitors will be given away in the exhibit hall.
Payment
Please submit full payment to guarantee your reservation. If paying by check, please make it payable to Palmer College Foundation. To ensure a listing in the published program, your reservation must be received by July 14, 2024.
*Exhibitors reserving after this date will be listed on a separate exhibitor addendum sheet.

Exhibitor Schedule
The exhibitors’ move-in date is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 18, from noon-4 p.m.
The tentative exhibit hall hours are:
- Thursday, September 19, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Friday, September 20, 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Saturday, September 21, 7 a.m.-2 p.m.
The exhibit tear-down date is scheduled for Saturday, September 21, from 2-4 p.m.
Final information about installation and exhibit hall hours will be emailed to all registered exhibitors.
