There are many outside scholarships available to help fund your education. For all scholarships listed below, please refer to the links provided for updated deadlines, availability and contact information.

Arctic Chiropractic Got a Spine Scholarship

Arctic Chiropractic in Fairbanks, Alaska provides a $500 scholarship each year called the Got a Spine Scholarship.  Both U.S. and Canadian students are eligible to apply.  The deadline is May 2, 2022.  For more information, visit https://arcticchiropracticfairbanks.com/.

AAUW Grants & Fellowships

AAUW supports women who are preparing to advance their careers. Visit http://www.aauw.org for application requirements and deadline dates. (Apps available Aug. 1 with Nov., Dec & Jan. deadlines)

Abbott and Fenner Scholarship Program

To apply you’ll need to submit an essay on the topic posted on the scholarship page of their website at www.abbottandfenner.com. The deadline is in early June each year, typically around the 10th.

Alexis Noggle Scholarship for the Advancement of Health through Wellness

Please visit www.synergychiropractic.vegas/alexis-noggle-scholarship-for-the-advancement-of-health-through-wellness/ for full application details. This award is open to all chiropractic students with an annual deadline of April 30.

American Black Chiropractic Association Scholarship

Visit http://www.abcachiro.com/ for full details and application. The award is based on application information/questions and academic records. The deadline is in May of each year.

The American Indian Graduate Center Scholarships

Must demonstrate enrollment in a federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaska Native group, or possess one-fourth (1/4) degree verifiable federally recognized American Indian blood. Catching the Dream Scholarship (MESBEC)

Christian Chiropractor’s Association Auxiliary Scholarship

Applicant must be CCA member enrolled at an accredited chiropractic college. Visit http://christianchiropractors.org/scholarship.htm for more information. April 30 deadline annually.

FICS Scholarship

The Foxworth Family Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic student at an accredited institution with a minimum 2.7 GPA. For details and application visit www.chirohealthusa.com by the posted deadline date.

Hispanic Scholarship Fund

Must be of Hispanic heritage to apply for any of the listed scholarships. For details and a complete list of scholarships, visit http://www.hsf.net/. Deadlines vary for each award.

Japanese American Citizens League Educational Program

Must be an active member of the JACL. For details and a complete list of all available scholarships visit http://www.jacl.org and search scholarship. The deadline is April 1st each year.

Jewish Educational Loan Fund

JELF (Jewish Educational Loan Fund) is a non-profit that offers interest-free loans to Jewish students from FL, GA, SC, NC and VA enrolled full time in higher education programs. Applicants should visit JELF.org to start the process.

Korean American Scholarship Foundation

Korean-American students can visit http://kasf.org for more details and deadline dates on various awards.

Maynard Lipe Scholarship Award

Must be an honorable DC enrolled in a PG Orthopedics program leading to diplomate status or a master’s degree. Visit https://acco.wildapricot.org/scholarship/ for details. (Deadline is in November.)

The National Italian American Foundation Scholarship Program

For application details (open in January of each year) and a list of scholarships for Italian Americans, please visit http://www.niaf.org/programs/scholarships/. The deadline is in February annually.

NBCE Student Scholarship

Applicants must have passed all of NBCE Part I Boards to be eligible to apply. For full application details as well as complete eligibility requirements, please visit http://www.mynbce.org/scholarship. The deadline is typically the end of July annually.

NuSpine Chiropractic Scholarship

NuSpine wants to award one hungry, humble, smart chiropractic student with an extra $1,000 in order to assist them in their tuition and living costs each year.  Please visit https://www.nuspinechiropractic.com/ to apply.

Patsy Takemoto Mink Education Foundation Educational Support Award

Applicants must be mothers with minor children and meet certain income requirements. Applications will be available in April annually with a July or August deadline date. For complete eligibility criteria and an application, please visit https://www.patsyminkfoundation.org/.

The Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans

Applicant must be classified as a New American (see website for full details). The deadline is Nov 1st. Visit http://www.pdsoros.org/ for all application requirements.

P.E.O. International Scholarships for Women

P.E.O. International maintains educational projects in the form of grants, scholarships and loans.  The P.E.O. Sisterhood proudly makes a difference in women’s lives with six philanthropies that include ownership of an all-women’s college, Cottey College, and five projects that provide higher educational assistance.  Visit https://www.peointernational.org for for information, as applications open September 15th for the 2022-2023 school year.

Sallie Mae Graduate School Scholarships

SICA Scholarships

Visit http://www.chiropractic.org for criteria for all SICA scholarships, including: Auxiliary Scholarship & Arnold Schwarzenegger Chiropractic Scholarship (deadline is in April each year).

Truspine Chiropractic Scholarship

Visit https://www.truspinesf.com/scholarship-2020/ for full details and scholarship application requirements – this $500 award is open to all chiropractic students. Deadline is January 31, 2020.


Applicants must be a resident of or currently attending school in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin or North/South Dakota and submit a completed application, transcripts as well as a letter from a nominator by mid-March each year. World Congress of Women Chiropractors Scholarship

Outside State Scholarships


Arkansas Health Education Grant

Applicants must be a resident of Arkansas and meet other requirements. For application and complete eligibility criteria visit https://scholarships.adhe.edu/scholarships-and-programs/graduate-students/.


Dr. Robert L. Dark Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a student member of the California Chiropractic Association, active in governmental affairs activities and a resident of California. Essay, recommendation letters and application must be submitted by early late February-early March each year. Visit ​www.calchiro.org for all scholarship details.


Illinois Chiropractic Foundation(ICF)

Applicants must be a resident of Illinois, intent to practice in Illinois, be a 2nd year or higher student with a minimum 2.75 GPA. Kentucky Chiropractic Society

Applicants must be a resident of Kentucky in 4th tri. or above with a minimum 3.0 GPA. For application and complete eligibility criteria contact the KCS via email at drdon92@kentuckychiropracticsociety.org


Chiropractic Association of Louisiana – William Boyd Scholarship

Applicants must be a resident of Louisiana, plan to practice in LA, and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. For application and complete eligibility criteria, as well as deadline dates, visit https://cal-online.org


Macomb County Chiropractic Association Scholarship

Must be a Macomb County Michigan resident. For complete details and application visit https://www.sterling-heights.net/748/Scholarships and search for scholarships (deadline is in Mid-March annually).


Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association Scholarship

The Healing Hands Helping America Foundation is associated with the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association (NCPA). Each year, the foundation awards scholarships to eligible applicants. The annual deadline to apply is June 1.  Visit www.nebraskachiropractic.org or email Linda Wortman at lwortman@ncpa.net for details on the awards offered by this organization.


Association of New Jersey Chiropractors Scholarship

Interested applicants can stop by the Financial Planning Office to request the 2021 application, or visit www.anjc.info – the deadline to apply is typically in July each year.


The Darrell Atchley New Mexico Chiropractic Association Scholarship

Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, be in 3rd trimester or above and be a New Mexico resident. For an application and additional scholarship criteria requirements, visit http://nmchiro.org/. Deadlines are March 1 and October 1 each year.


Ohio Chiropractic Foundation Scholarship Program

The Ohio Chiropractic Foundation Student Scholarship can be found online here. For requirements of the Ohio Chiropractic Foundation Scholarship Program, please contact Lora Morrison at lora@oscachiro.org or 614-229-5290 if you have additional questions.  Annual deadline is August.


Oklahoma Chiropractic Assistance Scholarship

For requirements of the Chiropractic Education Scholarship Programs visit the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education online at www.okcollegestart.org. Deadline is in late July each year.


Oregon Student Assistance Commission Scholarships & Access Program

For a complete list of available scholarships/grant programs with requirements, visit https://www.oregonstudentaid.gov/scholarships.aspx. The deadline is March 1.


Dr. K.R. Jones Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be residents of South Carolina and members of the SCCA. For application and deadline visit http://www.scchiropractic.org and search for scholarships. (Deadlines vary annually)


South Dakota Chiropractic Foundation Grant

Leigh Carter Scholarship

Vermont Student Assistance Corporation Scholarship

Dr. Ken Luedtke Scholarship

Applicants must be in 6th trimester or above with a minimum cumulative 3.1 GPA as well as be from Wisconsin or plan to practice in Wisconsin. The scholarship will be awarded to a student who demonstrates both academic achievement and chiropractic advocacy in the community to honor Dr. Ken Luedtke’s legacy of chiropractic advocacy. North Ottawa Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship

Applicants must be from Ottawa County (Grand Haven area) in Wisconsin. For all eligibility requirements and application, please visit www.ghacf.org. The application deadline is in early March annually.

Palmer Main Campus Outside Scholarships


Applicant must be in at least their second year of college and plan to continue their education with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and complete an essay on their heritage in addition to the application and letter of recommendation by mid-April each year.
