Commitment to Our Military

Palmer College has provided more than $6 million in pro-bono care to military members across all three campuses since the program began in 2008.

Palmer College is a Yellow Ribbon Program participant. The Yellow Ribbon Program can help you pay for higher out-of-state, private school, or graduate school tuition that the Post-9/11 GI Bill doesn’t cover.

The Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research, the largest chiropractic research center in the U.S., has funding from the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health to study chiropractic treatment in military and veteran populations.

Palmer’s DoD/VA internship opportunities enable students to change lives as they serve our nation’s veterans and gain invaluable experience.

Established in 1947, the Veterans Association is a community service opportunity for any Palmer student who is a veteran.

Palmer accepts military credits following the American Council on Education (ACE) guidelines and understands how to evaluate ART, SMART and CCAF transcripts.

Access to trusted counseling and mental health resources is important. Palmer’s Academic Success and Wellness Office provides tutoring, mental health counseling referral services and disability accommodations for students.
