“My educational path has taken me on a few detours for sure (pre-medicine, audio engineering, and paramedicine to name a few), but eventually I found the right fit,” said Dr. Capobianco, who has been training as a bodybuilder since he was 15.
“I am always striving to be 'better than yesterday,' and I encourage others to do the same. Teaching people how to move properly is one of the best gifts a doctor can give their patients, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoy being a chiropractor: I get to help people move better while reducing the risk of injury and improving their overall performance, whether in sports or daily life.”
The American Chiropractic Association recently saluted Dr. Lisi’s distinguished career of service by presenting him with the “Chiropractor of the Year” award, the ACA’s highest honor, during special ceremonies at the annual House of Delegates meeting in Washington, D.C.
Earning the status of RCCSS© Fellow requires completion of a five-year postgraduate program, which entails more than 1,000 hours of study and care in the specialized field of clinical sports care, research, and publication, culminating with the requirement of passing the Fellowship Exam.
The RSNA awards committee presented 28 Magna Cum Laude awards, 67 Cum Laude awards, and 302 Certificate of Merit awards, of which Dr. Skalski received five.
